We’re thrilled to announce the Bucked Up Fitness Membership Giveaway, celebrating our upcoming opening in Charlotte, NC, at 415 S Mint Street. We’re giving away 100 memberships—including 10 grand prize one-year memberships and 90 three-month memberships. Here are the official rules and legal terms governing this giveaway.
Giveaway Details and Prizes
Total Memberships: 100 memberships will be awarded in this giveaway.
Grand Prizes: 10 winners will each receive a one-year membership, which starts on the opening date of Bucked Up Fitness Charlotte.
Three-Month Memberships: 90 winners will each receive a three-month membership, which starts on the opening date of Bucked Up Fitness Charlotte.
All memberships follow the rollover rule below.
Entry and Eligibility
How to Enter: Eligible participants may enter through the official Bucked Up Fitness website (buckedupcharlotte.com/giveaway) or designated social media channels (@BuckedUpFittnes_Charlotte on Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok) by submitting their full name, email address, and phone number. One entry per person.
Eligibility Requirements:
Entrants must be 18 years or older and legal residents of the United States.
Employees, contractors, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) of Bucked Up Fitness, Patriot Gyms, LLC, and their affiliates are not eligible to participate.
Only one entry per individual; duplicate entries will be disqualified.
Giveaway Period and Winner Selection
Entry Period: Begins at 12:01 AM ET on November 24, 2024, and ends at 11:59 PM ET two weeks prior to the confirmed opening date of Bucked Up Fitness Charlotte (exact date TBD).
Drawing Date: Due to construction delays beyond management’s control, the Bucked Up Fitness Charlotte opening date has been postponed until mid-2025. The prize drawing date will be announced as soon as the opening date is confirmed. We appreciate your patience and can’t wait to welcome you into the Bucked Up Fitness family!
Winner Selection: Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received. Drawings will occur weekly leading up to the grand opening, with final winners announced on the confirmed opening date.
Winner Notification: Winners will be notified via email or phone within 48 hours of each drawing and must respond within 72 hours to claim their prize, providing proof of eligibility (e.g., government-issued ID verifying age and residency). If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond, an alternate winner may be selected.
Membership Activation and Roll-Over Terms
Activation Date: All giveaway memberships will activate on the official opening date of Bucked Up Fitness Charlotte (TBD, mid-2025).
Roll-Over to Paid Membership: Following the initial membership period (12 months for grand prizes, 3 months for three-month memberships), each membership will automatically roll over to a paid standard membership at the rates in effect at the end of the free membership period unless canceled by the member.
Members will be notified of the applicable rate at least 30 days before the roll-over date and may choose to cancel prior to the transition to a paid membership by contacting Bucked Up Fitness Charlotte at [email protected].
Limitation of Liability
Bucked Up Fitness and Patriot Gyms, LLC are not liable for any entries that are lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete due to electronic, network, or other failures beyond their control.
By entering, participants release Bucked Up Fitness, Patriot Gyms, LLC, and their respective employees, officers, agents, and affiliates from liability for any personal injury, property damage, or loss arising from participation in this giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
Publicity Release and Consent
By accepting a prize, winners grant Bucked Up Fitness and Patriot Gyms, LLC the unrestricted right to use their names, photos, and likenesses in all marketing and promotional materials, including advertising, without further compensation.
Participation in the giveaway constitutes consent to this publicity release, and winners do not have the option to opt out unless prohibited by law.
Additional Terms and Conditions
Non-Transferable: Giveaway memberships are non-transferable and cannot be sold or redeemed for cash.
Modification of Terms: Bucked Up Fitness reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time without prior notice if circumstances beyond its control (e.g., construction delays, technical issues) affect its ability to conduct the giveaway as planned. In such cases, prizes may be awarded from eligible entries received prior to the modification or cancellation.
Disqualification: Bucked Up Fitness reserves the right to disqualify any entrant suspected of tampering with the entry process, submitting fraudulent entries, or otherwise violating these rules.
Privacy Policy
Personal information collected for the giveaway will be used solely for administering the giveaway and communicating with participants. Bucked Up Fitness adheres to strict data privacy standards and will not share participants’ information with third parties except as necessary to fulfill the giveaway (e.g., winner notification).
